A. We do not have an hourly rate. We charge by the project. This means you know the costs in advance regardless of how long it takes us to complete the task -- and we have the incentive to find the most efficient solution possible. All projects come with a two-week follow-up support period, during which we will provide any amount of support related to the project we have performed.
