Returns Policy For items eligible for refund, the return policy is that it must be returned within 30 days. After the 30 days have passed, there is no refund or exchange. Re: Onsitehelp.com Recommendation To Whom It May Concern, I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric Taneda from Onsitehelp.com. He came highly recommended. When I first reached out to him by phone with an urgent issue, I had hoped for a site visit in the next day or two. Instead, he offered to pay a visit immediately. This really struck a chord with me – when I need something, I like to get help right away. When he walked in the door, I was immediately impressed. My past experiences with I.T. consultants have been that they walk in, and there is this immediate sense of unease. Not with Eric – I felt comfortable right away, and he continued to meet and exceed my expectations. He was very professional in the manner in which he examined my equipment to determine the course of action. Without charge, he put together a proposal for me on the spot, and explained it in plain English. I did not feel put under obligation. I admit at first, the quote seemed a bit high and I hesitated. But I decided to go ahead anyway, and I am glad I did. Everything was completed as described. Unlike other consultants, I saw no hint of upcharge or going over-budget. I watch for these things. For example, even though an unexpected complexity appeared in the project, Eric offered to supply an extra part free of charge, to keep the scope of the project on track with the original quote. He went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable that costs would not escalate. I was impressed with how he did not mark up the parts he picked up – I know this, because he gave me the actual receipts. I was totally blown away by how he was able to get the project done on the same day, even though it was later in the day, it was complex, and required a 50 mile drive to get the needed parts. Any other consultant would have come back the next day. Eric made sure I was up and running as quickly as possible. Never before have I seen such extraordinary competence, resourcefulness, integrity, ethics, empathy, patience, and courteous demeanor in the same person, no less in an I.T. consultant. I felt very well taken care of. He suggested the work would result in my computer feeling 2-3 times faster, but I am certain it is even faster than that. As an added bonus, he cleaned out the inside of the computer and took care of a noise problem I did not even mention. The computer ended up being very quiet in addition to being very fast. Because of my overwhelmingly positive experience, I would not hesitate to use Onsitehelp.com I.T. services in the future. I have also referred his services to two business owners who are my friends. His prices are higher than I.T. consultants I have used before, but he describes his services as being concierge level, and I am convinced he lives up to that standard.
